Sullivan’s Quest for Creative Collaborators
Now that my fight for artist’s rights is mostly in the rear view mirror, I want to focus my intentions on building a non-profit that connects humans with nature through art, music, science, and spiritual endeavors.
I have a large 1400sqft classroom in an historic brick schoolhouse, where I’m in the process of putting together a production studio/venue space to explore various creative media and host workshops. Upstairs is a Library that has very special energetic qualities, and I’m exploring different options for that space. Occasionally I rent it out on Peerspace for film video production, photoshoots etc.
I’m looking for musicians, podcasters, film video peeps, teachers, therapists, scientists and all-around magic people that are fueled by curiosity, consciousness and a drive to create. I’m into autonomy and personal freedom, I am NOT into religion or “new age” culty spirituality where people look for an authority outside of themselves.
This is a broad and intentionally vague description of a plan because it is essentially an Imaginal Experiment and I want to remain open to the endless possibilities of potentiality that can come from conscious creative collaboration centered purely on love and joy. It’s really hard not to judge myself for how hippy-dippy-pie-in-the-sky this sounds, but I’m genuinely interested in building something new.
I’ve been slowly learning about Human Design over the past few years and it has provided me with a useful framework on how our energy interacts. I’m a 2/4 Manifesting Generator with sacral authority, so when I get the urge to create something I have to be able to pull the trigger on it right away. I usually don’t even finish the project, but I always learn something and sometimes the time is simply not right to finish it.
